ORDER CONFIRMATION
By accepting these terms and conditions, and upon confirmation of the customer's order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and markedeu.com. Once an order is completed on markedeu.com, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or an incorrect stock level at the time of receiving the order, we reserve the right to not deliver the order. Should we be unable to fulfill the order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
PAYMENT
markedeu.com accepts Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Paypal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to markedeu.com, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. markedeu.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. If payment is through PayPal, the customer can safely transfer money for the transaction with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and an encrypted connection.

LOCAL LEVIES/ TAXES & DUTIES
Local charges (customs duty, sales tax, etc.) can occur depending on your region and local customs legislation. These charges are at your own expense.

Shipping
Please wait up to 3 business days to receive your tracking number. We try to ship your orders as fast as we can. MARKED is not responsible for any delays after dispatching your order nor responsible for any import fees or customs.
Returns
Here at MARKED, we offer a 10-day return upon the shipment's arrival for in-store credit. This means that we must receive your returns within 10 days of your shipment being delivered to you. All returned items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached for brand-new items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must include a tracking number. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.
